Here is new york, remembering September 11, surprised me. From descriptions, I somehow imagined that it would be a domineering kind of exhibit – huge chunks of debris towering over the visitor like ruins of the twin towers. Actually, it is a modest, somber enterprise: attentive to lived experience.
